Open the assigned voter only through the current phone-bank workspace.
Use the version shown inside that workspace and record only what the voter actually says.
If the workspace, a printed handout, and a verbal instruction conflict, stop and ask the shift lead before continuing.
Do not infer support, text permission, a correction, or a callback request.
